Do children get a complimentary Essential Companion ticket?

Essential Companion tickets are intended for customers whose additional requirements are in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying that customer. It's currently industry standard that venue's don't provide free companion tickets for children, as children are always required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible, paying adult. This policy supersedes our essential companion scheme.

However, if a child requires a personal assistant in addition to their responsible adult, we would be happy to provide a complimentary ticket for that second adult (or two if the child's access card indicates +2). Should this be the case, please contact our team with the chat function below.
