How do I apply for my free Digital Access Pass?

To book an Essential Companion ticket or to simply link your access requirements to your BEAM account, you can apply for a free Digital Access Pass via Nimbus. To support your application, you will need to provide relevant evidence so that Nimbus can assess your access needs. To apply, please click HERE

When your access pass has been approved by Nimbus, they will confirm your requirements and provide you with your unique Access Pass number via email, which you will need to link to your BEAM account HERE

Your pass will be valid for three years. If you already have an access card, you do not need to submit another application, you can still link this to your BEAM account using your access card ID number.

Nimbus will communicate your access requirements to us, such as level access, essential companion, or assistance with visual or auditory information. If essential companion is one of your requirements, you will be able to book a complimentary companion ticket online.

Your Digital Access Pass will allow you to make bookings with BEAM, however, you can choose to upgrade your free registration to a full access card for £15 which will be valid for 3 years. This can be used with thousands of organisations, venues, events, and ticketing systems who partner with Nimbus. You can apply HERE
