How do I book an Essential Companion ticket?

In order to book an essential companion ticket, you will first need to apply for a free Digital Access Pass via Nimbus.

Once your digital access pass has been linked to your account, you can log in and browse your access requirements under ‘other preferences’. If you did not already have an account when you applied for your pass, one will have been created for you during the application process. You can then log in via the ‘forgotten my password’ button.

Once logged in, you can browse events and any seats associated to your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans, where there is availability for those seats. 

Select the seats you would like from the seating plan and click Continue. Using the drop-down menu, change the ticket type of one of the tickets to Essential Companion. The cost of the Essential Companion ticket will still show the same as the Standard ticket for now. Click ‘Continue’.

You can now review your basket and there will be a note under the ‘Savings’ heading confirming the Essential Companion offer has been applied. The cost of the Essential Companion ticket will now be deducted from the total. Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed with payment.
