I have not received my tickets, what do I do?

No problem. If you do not receive an email with your tickets within 30 minutes, and there is nothing in your spam folder, please click HERE. You can download your tickets straight from your account.


We also send you a text message and email with your tickets before the event starts.


If you still can't locate your tickets in your account, please message us with the chat function below and our team will assist.
