# There is a problem with my ticket, what do I do?

Please contact our ticketing team with the chat function below with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. We will endeavor to assist ahead of your visit. 

If your visit is within 24 hours and we have not replied to you ahead of your visit, please come to the venue early and speak with our welcome team. They will be able to assist you.
