What is Secure My Booking?

Secure My Booking is a third party, ticket refund protection service. You can opt to purchase ticket protection at the time of making your booking. This will allow you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend the event you have booked for reasons such as medical emergencies, severe weather conditions, transport delays, and more.

If you have purchased ticket protection and wish to apply for a refund for an event you are unable to attend, you can do so HERE

Should you have any questions regarding your claim, you will need to contact Secure My Booking directly. You can do this using the chat feature on their website HERE

Please note, the ticket protection fee is non-refundable. If you have not purchased ticket protection and are unable to attend the event you have booked for, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit note as per BEAM’s terms and conditions.
