The public lift to the first floor is located near Social Two. It takes you to just outside the cinema screens, in the first floor Screen Bar. Essential Companion tickets are intended for customers whose additional requirements are in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying that customer. It's currently industry standard that venue's don't provide free companion tickets for children, as children are always required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible, paying adult.
