    BEAM tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. In the unlikely event that the show you have booked is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered the option to reschedule, turn your ticket into credit, or receive a refund. To review our full terms, please click HEREPopular
  • How do I buy a ticket?
    Tickets can be purchased on our website HERE. We also have three self-service kiosks in our foyer for you to purchase available tickets from. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone.Some readers
  • Do children or babies need a ticket?
    Yes, children require tickets. We are an assigned seating venue, and all patrons require a BEAM ticket for that show and time. Babes in arms (children under 18mths) do not require a paid ticket, but our team must be made aware of the number in your party before your visit. For shows which are 'baby friendly' there will be a button in the checkout when purchasing your tickets which indicates that you will be bringing a baby.Some readers
  • I have not received my tickets, what do I do?
    No problem. If you do not receive an email with your tickets within 30 minutes, and there is nothing in your spam folder, please click HERE. You can download your tickets straight from your account. If you still can't locate your tickets in your account, please message us with the chat function below and our team will assist.Some readers
  • Do you have a complimentary Essential Companion policy?
    Absolutely! Complimentary tickets will be provided to Essential Companions for standard ticket holders who require additional assistance in our venue. Please be prepared to present the relevant documentation to support your complimentary ticket request upon arrival.   • Do you offer a blue light card discount?
    We do not offer a blue light card on our ticketing site or in our cafe/bar.Few readers
  • Can I collect my ticket at box office?
    We do not have a box office and printed tickets cannot be collected on-site. If you have an issue finding your digital ticket please speak to any member of the Welcome Team who will be happy to assist.Few readers
  • I'd like to make a group or school booking. Who do I contact?
    A maximum of 50 tickets can be purchased on our website. If your party exceeds this amount, please contact our sales team with the chat function below.Few readers
  • Is there a box office?
    We have moved away from a traditional box office in order for our teams to be dynamic and responsive in a multi-purpose venue. The Welcome Team are always available to assist with any part of your visit, but you will not find them sitting behind a desk. To purchase tickets, we have on-site ticketing kiosks, which can be used whenever the venue is open or you can purchase online 24/7.Few readers
  • Is there a fee to booking tickets?
    Yes, a booking fee applies, but it’s already included in the advertised ticket price so there’s no surprises at checkout. A £2.95 transaction fee will be added to your order at payment. This is only charged once and is applied on both website and kiosk. Stage Members will have the transaction fee removed, as part of their membership benefit.Few readers
  • There is a problem with my ticket, what do I do?
    Please contact our ticketing team with the chat function below with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. We will endeavor to assist ahead of your visit.
